“LocalJobs” do not verify or warrant any SkillProvider or SkillSeeeker details. Users must satisfy themselves as to the suitability of any candidate or vacancy or other information and are responsible for taking up any references or other verifications that they may require.

The user shall not use, disclose or hold any data or information obtained from “LocalJobs” in any way that is in contravention of any provision of the Data Protection Acts and/or the Data Protection Principles and/or any other statute or regulation.

“LocalJobs” may monitor communications on the site but is under no obligation to do so. You must not post any material onto the site, or provide any material to us by any means which is defamatory, obscene or blasphemous, which infringes third party rights or which could in any other way give rise to criminal or civil liability in any jurisdiction. All charges quoted by us are exclusive of VAT and the Subscriber shall be required to pay all applicable VAT and other taxes imposed on us on charges for supplies or services made by us. All sums of money that are due for any supplies or services provided by us must be paid to us within 14 days of the date of our invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on all sums outstanding beyond the date on which they are due for payment until the date of payment at a rate of 3% above HSBC bank rate.

The suspension or termination of your right to use the site or business information provided, or obtained from us by any means, is at our sole discretion and shall not affect our rights and remedies under the terms of this agreement. Notices may be delivered by hand or first class letter post and shall be deemed to be delivered, if by hand, at the time when delivered, or if sent by first class letter post then 48 hours after posting.

These conditions of use are governed by English law and any dispute connected with this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
